Pardoning Mramor marks beginning of Cerar's end, Večer says

Maribor, 19 January - The daily Večer says on Tuesday that Prime Minister Miro Cerar's refusal to accept resignation of Finance Minister Dušan Mramor over bonuses he received as dean was expected given the general attitude to corruption in Slovenia. It adds though the his move could mark the beginning of his end.
