Delo expects Montenegrin PM to stay on

Ljubljana, 27 January - The daily Delo says in a commentary on Wednesday that Montenegrin Prime Minister Milo Đukanović will most likely win a vote of confidence in parliament. But even if the government falls, the paper expects no major changes in the country which it says is crippled by corruption.
