Option of preventive restructuring to be expanded to small companies

Ljubljana, 27 January - The Justice Ministry has drafted a set of tweaks to insolvency legislation which will include small companies among those that can seek preventive restructuring. The proposal also envisages stricter conditions for personal bankruptcy.
