Delo says fuel price deregulation will harm consumers, budget

Ljubljana, 28 January - The winners of the planned deregulation of fuel prices are fuel retailers, while consumers and the state budget are the losers, the daily Delo comments on Thursday. The paper is also concerned that the government is not prepared for the changes.
