SAF meets all obligations despite lack of personnel, ministry says
Ljubljana, 29 January - The Slovenian Armed Forces (SAF) fulfil all their obligations despite lack of personnel, and so does the 430th Naval Division that is in charge of the the Slovenian patrol boat Triglav, the Ministry of Defence said Friday.
