Study shows revival of sugar beet production feasible

Ormož, 1 February - A recent study commissioned by the Agriculture, Forestry and Food Ministry has shown that the idea to potentially revive sugar beet growing in Slovenia and the production of sugar and alternative products could be economically feasible, and that investing in a sugar plant has economic potential.
