Explorer hits obstacle - red tape in Slovenia

Ljubljana, 1 February - Explorer and pilot Matevž Lenarčič is used to facing major obstacles on his travels and overcoming them. But red tape at Slovenia's Civil Aviation Agency was an obstacle too great even for him, forcing him to go abroad to register the plane he will use in his next around-the-world expedition.
