Prešeren laureate Partljič: Making the angry Slovenians laugh merits a prize indeed

Maribor, 7 February - Satirist Tone Partljič, one of the two recipients of the Prešeren Prize this year, believes the Slovenians could do with a better mood. "No one laughs, everyone's angry, don't know why. A person who can make these Slovenians laugh, does deserve a prize indeed," he has told the STA in an interview.
