Delo sees police making good use of strike possibilities

Ljubljana, 10 February - The daily Delo notes in Wednesday's commentary that even though police have extremely limited possibilities for industrial action, the ability to refuse to issue fines for minor offences is a powerful strike tool that makes them popular with the people while simultaneously depleting the government's purse.
