Record quantity of high-quality wood at traditional auction

Slovenj Gradec, 11 February - The 10th annual auction of valuable wood in Slovenj Gradec saw an all-time record, as more than 2,530 cubic metres of high-quality timber was put up for sale. A sycamore maple was the single most expensive log: it was sold for more than EUR 12,300 to an Italian buyer.
