Weekly review of events involving Slovenia, 12-18 February

Ljubljana, 19 February - With a common EU solution still out of reach, Slovenia will follow Austria's lead in limiting refugee numbers by tightening entry and transit conditions together with other countries on the Balkan route. Fearing that limits will increase pressure on illegal migration, the government moved to give the army limited police powers for border patrol.
