Serbian subsidiary of NKBM to be sold on Wednesday, report says
Ljubljana, 16 February - KBM banka, the Serbian subsidiary of the Maribor-based NKBM bank, will be sold to two Serbian businessmen on Wednesday, in what will remove the last hurdle to the sale of Slovenia's third-largest bank to US equity fund Apollo, the daily Večer reports on Tuesday.
