Dnevnik sees small fish being held responsible for big sins

Ljubljana, 18 February - The daily Dnevnik complains that small players are being held responsible for the nearly EUR 9m in subsidies which Slovenia will need to pay back to the EU due to mistakes in the closure of Slovenia's sole sugar plant.
