Impol moves to acquire Croatian aluminium producer
Zagreb, 18 February - Impol, the Slovenian aluminium producer, plans to lease the production facilities of bankrupt Croatian aluminium producer TLM as a first step towards acquiring the company, according to an agreement reached with Croatian authorities on Thursday.
