Probanka, Factor banka formally folded into bad bank

Ljubljana, 19 February - Probanka and Factor banka, which were wound down last week ahead of schedule, have been formally merged into the Bank Asset Management Company (BAMC), the country's bad bank. The Ljubljana District Court ordered Friday they be erased from the companies register as independent businesses.
