Ljubljana, 23 February - The SBI TOP index of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange closed 0.22% higher at 678.83 points on Tuesday, with household appliance maker Gorenje contributing the most with a 2.07% gain. Overall trading volume was EUR 634,220.
