Slovenia planning 16-year benchmark issue

Ljubljana, 25 February - Slovenia plans to issue a 16-year bond, in what will be the first long-term borrowing this year. The Finance Ministry said Thursday it had mandated Barclays, Citi, Credit Agricole CIB, Goldman Sachs International Bank and J.P. Morgan to lead manage the issue.
