Hirscher wins giant slalom in Kranjska Gora, secures overall victory

Kranjska Gora, 5 March - Austria's Marcel Hirscher won the second FIS World Cup giant slalom hosted by Kranjska Gora this weekend. The victory ensured him the overall World Cup victory and the overall victory in giant slalom, although there are several competitions still left in the season. French Alexis Pinturault was second and Henrik Kristoffersen of Norway was third.
