Slovenian prisons still among most overcrowded in Europe

Strasbourg, 8 March - Slovenian prisons are still among the most overcrowded among European countries, Council of Europe (CoE) reports for 2014 show. The number of prisoners per capita is however rather low, the SPACE reports on penal statistics also show.
