Port boss thinks special company for second track not a good solution

Ljubljana, 10 March - The government's plan to establish a company to manage the construction and operation of the planned second railway line between the port of Koper and the Divača hub is not the right solution, believes chairman of Luka Koper Dragomir Matić. He also thinks that the state is delaying the project on purpose.
