Circular economy is global future, debate hears

Ljubljana, 10 March - Circular economy is not only planned by the EU but also by other countries around the world, European Commissioner for Environment Karmenu Vella told a debate organised by the European Commission and Umanotera, a platform of NGOs, in Ljubljana on Thursday.
