51,000 signatures call for constitutional protection of drinking water

Ljubljana, 11 March - Parliamentary Speaker Milan Brglez received on Friday a civil initiative which has collected 51,000 signatures calling for access to drinking water to become a right guaranteed by the Constitution. Brglez backed the call, saying that relevant constitutional changes could be made before the parliamentary summer recess.
