Nedelo: Slovenes Mostly Watched Slovene sportsmen

Watching the summer Olympic Games in Atlanta, Slovenes were most enraptured with the oldest Olympic champion Leon Štukelj, revealed Sunday's Nedelo opinion poll, in which as much as 28.1 per cent of the polled expressed this opinion. 19.8 per cent of the polled were most filled with enthusiasm when Andraž Vehovar won the first Olympic silver medal for Slovenia in kayak. 19.5 per cent, however, were most pleased when the athlete Brigita Bukovec won the silver.
