Court sides with doctor facing malpractice damages in Israel
Ljubljana, 25 March - The Constitutional Court has sided with a Slovenian doctor who was facing a EUR 2.3m damage claim from Israel for malpractice. It threw out rulings of Slovenian lower courts which transposed the judgement from Israel and ordered a retrial.
