Slovenia opens consulate in Romania
Cluj-Napoca, 4 April - Parliamentary Speaker Milan Brglez started a three-day official visit to Romania on Monday by opening a Slovenian consulate in the country's second largest city Cluj-Napoci. Brglez said that consular diplomacy had become an indispensable element of Slovenia's diplomatic efforts.
