Former Factor banka management freed of abuse of office charges
Ljubljana, 7 April - The Ljubljana District Court has rejected charges against the former management of Factor banka, including CEO Boris Pesjak, over a EUR 8m loan they extended in 2010 to the then ailing retailer Merkur, web portal Silo.net reported in Thursday.
