Appeal ruling overturned in Patria leak case

Ljubljana, 7 April - The Supreme Court has merely quashed the Higher Court ruling in the case against a retired Defence Ministry official convicted in a Patria-related trial, but not the decision of the court of first instance, the defence and prosecution explained on Thursday.
