MOL approved to acquire Agip petrol stations in Slovenia
Brussels, 8 April - The European Commission has cleared Hungarian energy group MOL to take over the Slovenian and Hungarian subsidiaries of Italy's ENI. MOL will thus be able to acquire 17 Agip petrol stations in Slovenia.
