Ljubljana, 8 August - After Slovenia had joined the EU associate members, the Italian right waited only for the exchange of views on future cooperation between Slovene and Italian foreign ministries between Deputy Foreign Minister Fassina and State Secretary to the Slovene Foreign Ministry Golob and then set about systematically creating public opinion which believes that Italy has capitulated to Slovene determination on the issue of property of those who opted for Italy after WW II as well as on the issue of protection of the minority in Istria, the daily Delo writes on Thursday.
