Supreme Court rejects Janša recusal demands in Patria case
Ljubljana, 15 April - Former Prime Minister Janez Janša has failed with his demand to have two Supreme Court judges recused from the proceedings launched upon his complaint against the statute barring of the Patria defence case, the Supreme Court confirmed for the STA on Friday.
