Pahor urges deepening of EU ties leading to federal system

Ljubljana, 18 April - President Borut Pahor reiterated his long-held belief that the EU needs to deepen institutional ties, telling the opening an international conference dedicated to debating proposals for a new EU constitution that the bloc's goal should be achieving a federal system.
