Strasbourg, 19 April - The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (CoE) appointed in Strasbourg on Tuesday Marko Bošnjak, a lawyer specialising in criminal affairs, Slovenia's judge at the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR).
