Trade union not given green light to start collecting signatures for referendum

Ljubljana, 2 May - Parliamentary Speaker Milan Brglez decided not to set a time frame for collecting signatures in support of three referendum requests the trade union of workers commuting to Austria filed last week. Brglez said in a press release on Monday that he did so to protect the right to referendum from abuse.
