Ex-commissioner says circular economy inevitable
Ljubljana, 6 May - Janez Potočnik, the former European commissioner for the environment, believes the economic transition to a circular economy is inevitable. Economic development needs to be decoupled from resource use and environmental impacts, he told a conference on the circular economy held in Ljubljana on Friday.
