Court rejects first lawsuit over loans in Swiss francs
Maribor, 10 May - The Maribor District Court rejected the first lawsuit over loans in Swiss francs, Slovenia's third largest bank, NKBM, told the STA. The court ruled that the suit, brought by the Čeh family against NKBM, was unjustified because the borrowers had been warned about currency risks.
