Istanbul, 23 May - Prime Minister Miro Cerar will be among a number of world leaders taking part in the first World Humanitarian Summit, starting in Istanbul on Monday, which will debate new strategies for tackling humanitarian crises and the increasing costs of humanitarian aid.
