Court lifts injunction on the sale of Paloma

Sladki Vrh, 27 May - The Maribor District Court has lifted its temporary injunction on the acquisition of the state-owned tissue maker Paloma by Polish equity fund Abris Capital through recapitalisation. The injunction had been proposed a group of small shareholders who wanted the company to be sold to the higher bidder.
