Koper, 20 August - If the Constitutional Court supports the Parliament's decision on conducting election legislation referenda in 1997, the Social Democratic Party of Slovenia (SDS) will launch proceedings before the European Human Rights Court. The Association of the owners of the nationalized property has recently informed the US government in a letter of alleged violations of their rights in Slovenia, the daily Primorske novice says.
