Quarter of a century on, Karavanke tunnel awaiting upgrade
Jesenice, 1 June - The Karavanke motorway tunnel was inaugurated 25 years ago to create a key road link between Slovenia and Austria, between Western Europe and the Balkans. Preparations are now under way to build a second tube.
