Railway infrastructure stuck in 19th century, meeting hears

Ljubljana, 3 June - Slovenian railway infrastructure is stuck in the 19th century and as such the country falls far short of the EU vision for the development of its railway network, Bogdan Zgonc of the Ljubljana Faculty of Civil and Geodetic Engineering told a meeting of urbanists and spatial planners in Ljubljana on Friday.
