Koper, 6 June - A recent proposal of the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH) to appoint three new supervisors at Luka Koper has raised a lot of dust for including among them Jürgen Sorgenfrei, who co-authored a study questioning the second rail track between the port of Koper and the Divača hub.
