Succession to Yugoslavia: Slovenian reps urge resolution of deposits obligations

Ljubljana, 7 June - Slovenian officials highlighted at Tuesday's conference marking 15 years of the treaty on Yugoslav succession the need to address Slovenia's disproportionate burden related to the unresolved issue of guarantees for foreign currency deposits. Participants of the Ljubljana conference agreed the treaty was important but also that progress was slow.
