Delo missing legal certainty and competent procurers in public contracting

Ljubljana, 8 June - Looking at the new public procurement act in force since April, the daily Delo says on Wednesday that a good law is a prerequisite for an effective and transparent system, but that proper legal certainty and competent public procurers are also vital.
