MPs back new rules on bank resolution
Ljubljana, 14 June - The National Assembly passed on Tuesday in a 49:3 vote a bill on the resolution and compulsory winding-down of banks, the final piece of legislation transposing EU bank resolution rules. MPs agreed capital increases with taxpayers' money should be avoided.
