Kučan-Goencz Open New Slovenia-Hungary Road Connection

Ljubljana, 24 August - On the occasion of an opening of a tree-kilometre road between Hungarian village Nemesnep and border-crossing Kobilje, Slovene President Milan Kučan and his Hungarian counterpart Arpad Goencz are to meet Sunday. After an opening ceremony, the presidents are to meet with guests and inhabitants of the surrounding villages, view the road and later travel to Prosenjakovci, Slovenia, where they are to have bilateral talks, and are later also to meet with representatives of Hungarian minority in Slovenia.
