Slovenia inefficient in prosecuting bank fraud, says justice minister

Ljubljana, 23 June - Slovenia is inefficient in detecting and prosecuting banking crime, Justice Minister Goran Klemenčič told a parliamentary committee session on the issue on Thursday. He believes too much focus is on criminal responsibility and too little on damage liability and professional accountability.
