Minister Umek Opens European Conference on the Application of Dielectrics

Slovene Minister of Science and Technology Andrej Umek opened Monday the third European conference on the application of polar dielectrics (ECAPD-3), where experts from 26 countries will exchange scientific information from the field of usage-oriented research of polar dielectric materials and learn about the top world-wide achievements in the field. The four-day conference at the Bled festival hall has been organized by the Jožef Stefan Institute in cooperation with several European and national institutes.
