Slovene Troops Participate in Combined Endeavor Military Exercise

Ljubljana, 26 August - MANOEUVRES/COMBINED/ENDEAVOR/SLOVENIA
A delegation of the Slovene Army Headquarters, headed by general Iztok Podbregar, Deputy Chief of Staff visited, a U. S. military base in Sembach, Germany, on Monday and witnessed the Partnership for Peace military exercise titled Combined Endeavor. This is the first NATO exercise for Slovenia, which is testing the organization and formation of its troops for independent functioning abroad.
