Luka Koper shareholders expected to replace three supervisors

Koper, 1 July - Port operator Luka Koper will hold on Friday a shareholders meeting to expectedly replace three members of the nine-member supervisory board on the proposal of the Slovenian Sovereign Holding (SSH), a decision that has raised a serious controversy. The meeting will also decide on the distribution of profit from last year.
