Laško and Union formally merged
Laško, 1 July - Slovenia's biggest breweries, Pivovarna Laško and Pivovarna Union, were formally merged into a single company on Friday named Pivovarna Laško Union, in the latest consolidation step under the ownership of Dutch beer giant Heineken.
